Our story
Born from a friendship between islands
Simaredo is the acronym for Sicily, Malta and the Dominican Republic. Salvatore and Marcello met by chance in the Caribbean and shared one dream from the start: to live on a paradise island and to share the real value of conviviality — between an excellent plate of pasta and a good glass of wine.
